Data and purposes
If you complete the booking form, your browser prepares a message containing your name, phone number, date, time, party size and any notes you add. This website does not submit or store the form on a Casa Royal server. Continuing opens WhatsApp; only if you choose to send the message are the details transmitted to WhatsApp and Casa Royal so we can respond and manage the booking.
Legal basis
We use the details you send to take steps you request before a booking (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Technical data strictly needed to deliver and secure the website may be processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and protecting it.
Recipients and retention
If you send the message, WhatsApp/Meta processes the details under its own terms and privacy policy. Please review them before sending. Casa Royal keeps the conversation only for as long as needed to handle your request and, if applicable, the booking, and afterwards for applicable legal periods or to handle claims. If you do not want to use WhatsApp, you can call the restaurant.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, and portability where applicable, by emailing taranna2018@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Automated decisions
We do not use these details for automated decision-making or profiling.
